The Woolstore property management team has a strong track record in property investment and have a range of unique and heritage properties which are professionally managed by our small but responsive team of experts.
We have made significant investment in sustainability improvements across our portfolio and are focussed on creating considered and well designed environments – and supporting communities of like-minded tenants.
At the Woolstore Design Centre in Thorndon – which is housed in an historic location – we have built an environment that sustains a vibrant community of retail, office and food businesses. We have focussed on tenant value and welfare, invested in common use spaces and developed sustainable improvements to the building and our operating practices.
Our hope is to conserve and celebrate the cultural heritage embedded in the ‘place’ – between the city and the sea – where we hope to connect the arts and the people, re-invigorate the use of local produce, and open a link between the city and the foreshore to the public.
